The reviews here are all based on single cake samples purchased on the date of review. Because only a single slice of cake is used to make a review, the review may not be representative of all the other cake slices out there. In statistics, there are always outliers in a population. When I do a review, I may choose to publish it on the same day or a few days after.
Also, everything I write in this blog is my own opinion. I have no intention of destroying the business or reputation of any company. If a cake tastes nice, it gets a good review. If a cake tastes bad, it gets a bad review. I'm just giving my honest opinions.There's so many pieces of music out there, each with its own style, but only a handful make it to the top of the charts.
If you're the chef that made a cake that got a bad score, don't take it too personally. You can take what I wrote as constructive advice and try to churn out a better cake.
